The EESNQ Webinar access

The EESNQ uses Mikogo services to offer our conferences as webinars. Mikogo has been created to be user-friendly and does not need any special program installation.


It is very easy to proceed to the webinar : Upon registration, you will receive the instructions to install or connect directly to Mikogo. Shortly before the conference, each participant will receive a link by email and a password to access the webinar.


The webinar access will be approved by our webinar facilitator 30 minutes before launching the webinar. He or she will ensure that everything is in place before the webinar, and help if there is any sound or image problem.


On the participant’s screen you will see both the speaker and the power point presentation.

The participant will be able to ask questions through the chat portion of the Mikogo platform, which the speaker will answer live.


What do I need to join a session ?

To join a session, you will need the following :

-       A PC with Windows installed, or a Mac with OS installed;

-       An internet connexion;

-       The code the EESNQ will send you shortly before the webinar;

-       Headphones may be useful.
